Cancellation & Refund Policy — NUU

We aim to provide the best shopping experience. However, if you need to cancel or return your order, please review the policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for dispatch.
• Email us at [nuu.pret+cancel@gmail.com] with your order number, and and kindly use "Order Cancellation" as the subject.

2. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns on eligible items within 24 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Items on sale or custom-stitched are not eligible for return/refund.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• Please contact us regarding your return or refund by filling out the Contact Us form or sending us an email, and kindly use "Return" as the subject.
• For All Returns and Exchanges (Excluding Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items), a Processing Fee of ₹250 Will Be Charged.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos of unboxing at [nuu.pret+return@gmail.com].
