Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to provide the best shopping experience. However, if you need to cancel or return your order, please review the policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed for dispatch.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Items on sale or custom-stitched are not eligible for return/refund.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos of unboxing at [nuu.pret@gmail.com].

At NUU, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the intricate nature of our designs and made-to-order approach, please allow 15 to 20 business days for your order to be processed, tailored, and shipped.

📦 Shipping Timeframe

  • Order Processing & Dispatch: 10–15 business days
  • Delivery Time (after dispatch): 5–7 business days, depending on location
  • You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
