1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for dispatch.

2. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Please note that items on sale or custom-stitched pieces are not eligible for a return or refund.
- To initiate a return, please email us at contact@nuuofficial.com with your order number and "Return Request" in the subject line.A processing fee of ₹250 applies to all eligible returns.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 Days (48 hours) of delivery with photos and videos of unboxing at [contact@nuuofficial.com].
